"Slanguage" is proposition for a broadside type publication using colloquial phrases of the area around Union Street along with 'lost' phrases gathered for a project in Lower Marsh in 2006 (Charlie's dead, think I come up with the vinegar boat, Red hat, no drawers etc...). A broadside is a large sheet of paper printed on one side only. Historically, broadsides were posters, announcing events or proclamations.

Anna Robinson has collected phrases, and their translations, followed by swift type up interspersed with some haiku-style favourite word/phrase community composed verse. She has worked with tenants on the Winchester Park Estate and local shop keepers along with members of the general public on Flat Iron Square.
